Consultation
Consultations are available for 60 minutes at a rate of $25. If you schedule at that time a $25 credit will be applied. At the time of consultation, it is suggested that you come equipped with pictures of your desired style, and a list of any questions that you may have.
Preparing for your appointment
When appearing for your appointment, please be ready to be serviced. Braids and weaves should be removed prior to your appointment. If you are wishing for your stylist to remove them for you, please inform them of this fact at the time of scheduling. There will need to be additional time scheduled for you and there will be an additional fee being as this is a separate service.
For chemical services, it is best that you do not shampoo your hair for at least 48 hours prior to your service. Also, if you have worn braids prior to arriving for a chemical service, please inform your stylist when you have removed them. As with shampooing, these should be removed at least 48 hours prior to your service. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being rescheduled. This is necessary to insure the health of your hair and scalp and for optimum results.
Cancellations
The time that you have scheduled is reserved specifically for your service. When unable to make your appointment, it is required that you call and cancel within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in a no show fee of $25 added to your next service. Repeat offenders may result in being placed on stand by status or will be denied the ability to be scheduled.
Client Satisfaction
By leaving the salon after your service you are agreeing that you are satisfied with your hair. Chadowboxx strives for customer satisfaction, so please inform us at the time if there is anything that you would like to be changed. Anything that needs to be fixed at a later time or date may be subject to another fee.
Children
Chadowboxx is very fond of children. However, the salon is not necessarily the best place for them. If children are not being serviced, I do ask that you make proper childcare arrangements for them. Time at the salon should be your time of pampering and relaxation.
Children of all ages are welcome to be serviced. Please be sure that they are able to sit for an extended period of time and if possible, bring something that they are fond of to keep them entertained during this time. Excessive crying and discomfort may result in the appointment being rescheduled, as this indicates the child may not be ready for hair services.
